DYLI | Gold Aurum Utah 1 Goldback Note (24K)

The design features a Native American woman dressed in the style of many of the tribes in Utah including the Ute, Paiute, Goshute, Shoshone, and the Navajo. She is meant to represent the virtue of prudence as she gazes into a mirror and sits upon a stone elevated beside a howling wolf, with the word “Prudentia” written next to her. There are other clues to the Utah landscape such as the flock of geese and canyons behind her. The artwork on the goldback is full of intricate details and symbolism for customers that collect these notes. The “1” denomination lies on the top left, beside the note’s origin. On the bottom, metal content description and the phrase, “Deal Prudently” can be found.
