The obverse portrays a Rifleman preparing to shoot while riding a horse. The first circle around the rifleman illustration is a rope, while the second circle is a sequence of spikes. Additional engravings refer to weight, fineness, and metal content reading “1 TROY OZ - 9999 FINE SILVER.” The background is covered in patterns, and a small Buffalo privy mark is on the lower right. The reverse displays the crowned lion encircled by a rope. The Mint’s name is on top, and the words “RIDE FOR THE BRAND” are at the bottom rim.
